A New Novel Coming to the Arden Tomas Universe

Dear Readers,

As we step into the beginning of 2026, I’m excited to dive into a completely new story -this time a dark, gripping crime novel set in early 1900s England.

The Inspector's Shadow

The main character is Inspector Victor Blackwood, the legendary, tough, and solitary detective of Scotland Yard, who must investigate a chilling series of murders: the killer targets only gay men.

As Blackwood delves deeper into the era’s secret, dangerous underworld, his own suppressed desires and fears rise to the surface.

The story will be filled with fog, shadows, forbidden encounters, and that inner tension we all know too well when we’ve hidden something about ourselves.
